Orders

Product availability, configuration, price, payment method and delivery address must be agreed with Beyond.Time in writing before an order is accepted. A WhatsApp conversation or product enquiry alone does not create a completed order.

Product information

Images, videos and descriptions are provided for general reference. Confirm the final product details and QC materials before dispatch. We aim to present information accurately but do not guarantee that all screen-rendered colours or images are identical to the final product.

Shipping and delivery

Available carriers and delivery timing depend on destination, customs processing and carrier conditions. Tracking is shared when available. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and for any applicable local import duties, taxes or clearance requirements unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Returns and support

Return, cancellation and after-sales arrangements are confirmed for each order before payment or dispatch. Contact us promptly through WhatsApp if you need support.
